About this Property
The Domaine is nestled in a serene landscape, and is accessed via large gates and a picturesque tree-lined drive. The property offers views over beautiful landscaped grounds, its own olive grove and the spectacular Mont Sainte Victoire.
Inside, the Bastide - the principal residence on the estate - offers a series of spacious reception rooms and a beautifully crafted country-style kitchen. There are six en suite bedrooms, a large swimming pool with stone pool house, a tennis court, beautiful gardens, ornamental maze, and a vegetable garden.
Adjacent to the main house is a charming two-bedroom guest residence, while just behind the Bastide lies a guardian’s house.
Le Bastidon - an entirely separate guest house - sits within its own exquisitely landscaped gardens as part of the estate. It offers a private retreat set away from the main house, with four en suite bedrooms, its own inviting pool, a covered dining terrace, and a tranquil garden.
The houses and gardens were designed by Bruno and Dominique Lafourcade.
This is a wonderfully private estate within easy reach of the bustling Provençal town of Aix-en-Provence, Marseille International Airport, and Chateau La Coste.
Please note that the Domaine can be sold excluding the second house, subject to negotiation.
Gard-Provence

Say South of France and Provence is what most readily comes to mind. With typically southern summers and mild winters this is the perfect escape from northern european weather. These warm seasons bring air loaded with the scent of maritime pines, lavender and wild herbs. There is a wealth of choice of luxurious property, both ancient and modern, set against a backdrop of hilltop villages, vineyards and countryside that inspired some of the most talented painters.
